Privacy policy
This website is run by Forest Joinery Ltd, Bell Lane, Bellbrook Industrial Estate, Uckfield, East Sussex, TN22 1QL. This policy explains what we do with the information you send us, and your rights over it. We keep it short because we keep it simple.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, telephone number (if you give one), the service you select, and the message you write. That is all. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not build a profile of you.
How we use it
We use these details for one thing: to read your enquiry and reply to it. Your message is sent to our office inbox by email. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not sell or share your details, and we do not pass them to any third party for marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we may reasonably need them in connection with your enquiry or any work that follows, then we delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Where it is held
Our email is provided by Microsoft 365. The contact form is hosted on our website server. Both apply their own security to the data they hold.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will deal with it promptly. If you are not happy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
